These terms govern your use of the football-trivia website at triviverse.com and the free games and content we publish ("Triviverse", the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
Triviverse provides free, browser-based football trivia games and related short-form videos for entertainment. The Service is provided free of charge and requires no account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to disrupt or overload it; scraping or bulk-extracting its data; reverse-engineering it other than as permitted by law; or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may restrict access to anyone who does so.
Trivia questions are generated from historical football data compiled from third-party sources. We aim for accuracy but the Service is provided for entertainment only, "as is", and we make no guarantee that every fact, statistic, name or result is complete or error-free. Club crests, competition logos and player names referenced in questions remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial purposes.
The Triviverse name, design, game formats, generated question sets and original graphics are ours. You may play the games and share our content in the normal way platforms allow, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service or its underlying data as your own product.
We publish content to third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms, not ours.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Triviverse and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
